Great Moments w/ Mr. Lincoln reopens!

The beloved attraction Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln reopened Dec. 18, even more lifelike and improved!

It may now be found on the Main Street Opera House (Disneyland) after meeting it's end after 45 years as Disneyland entertainment (Mr. Lincoln retired in 2001).

Avatar / The Princess and the Frog

On Friday I was able to see The Princess and the Frog as well as earlier that week Avatar.

Both were splendid films!

The Princess and the Frog was a very sweet film, although I definitely would suggest it to mothers/fathers with younger children. It was rather simple for teenagers (+) , and I belief they would find a more complex film more satisfying.....

Avatar was most impressive! The CG effects was incredibly realistic and it was a good story line (although there are political ideas that were detectable). As a warning for families however, there is some crude language. It was interesting because it makes you almost side against the humans, though your first thought is to side with your own race. Unless it is extremely popular, I otherwise doubt a sequel will be made considering I heard through the grapevine that it was very expensive.
