Maynard is a disney cast member who has become renound for his entertaining random exhibits of spirit, and his ability to make disneyland an even greater place. He has been working there for at least 7 years and if you meet him, it's rather hard to forget this guy.

His Disney Cruise song......

Newest Princess spotted at Disneyland

The newest Disney princess, princess Tiana from 'The Princess and the Frog' visited Disneyland to help promote the animated movie's premiere.

Prince Naveen.

I have yet to see the movie but I like the interracial characters as well as the reintroduction of the classically animated disney movies.

I have hope!

This picture I find quite refreshing! As one of those poor souls blessed/cursed (depending on who you ask) with freckles I was so happy to see a cast member who sports them as well. Granted she is wearing makeup over it so you have to look hard, but it gives me hope that I could perhaps be a cast member (number 11 on my bucket list) and that disney wouldn't discriminate because of the screen door tan on my nose.

Hidden Mickeys

Disney fanatics have probably heard of this website. However, for those of you who are not familiar with it, I would highly recommend visiting this website.

Many of you may be wondering what a hidden mickey is, and on that I shall enlighten you.
A hidden mickey is an image of Mickey Mouse hidden/interwoven in the design of a disney attraction.
To be a hidden mickey the mickey should:
  • be in proper proportions (no one ear differently sized than the other for example)
  • be relatively obvious, and not rely too much on the imagination
  • usually be hard to spot, a mickey that is large/elaborate is probably not a hidden mickey
Perhaps you yourself have spotted one in the haunted mansion, in Indiana Jones or the Peter Pan ride.... Most likely you have never before known that these things existed and it shall make for happy hunting next time your visiting Disneyland in California.

Funny Workers at Disneyland

So many have become entranced by the enjoyment and creative appeal Disneyland displays.
However, what are the things that really make Disneyland such a wonderful (and dare I say "magical") place? One of the most crucial are the workers and cast members.
How many of us can reminisce back to being awed by actually meeting Princess Belle, Princess Cinderella, Aladdin, Mickey, Minnie, Chip n Dale, and so on. To a child they are the real characters and really add to making Disneyland unique compared to other parks.
Among some cast members who really excel at their job are these people who play Peter Pan, Alice, and the Mad Hatter.
